Bright Smile is an amazing dental group. They got me in for an emergency appointment. Then Dr Urell did an extraction. He was amazing, and the best gentlest dentist that I have ever been too!!!!

This office truly lives by their mission statement and treating their patients like family and friends. I called around for an entire day to try to get my elderly father in to have an emergency tooth extraction. The front desk lady, Gracie, truly cared and did everything she could to help get us in the next day, before the weekend. My dad had just had open-heart surgery and was really suffering all the way around. There was a couple dentist I called that just did not care at all. It is such a wonderful thing to know that there is still some companies that truly care about customer service and their clients. I would recommend this dental office to anyone. Also, the facility is really nice and inviting. Thank You Bright Smiles for helping my dad!

Absolutely amazing!! I had an emergency tooth that needed to be pulled and they got me in immediately! Such an easy experience and so gentle!! Awesome staff!!!

By far, and I mean by far, the best experience I’ve ever had with the dental industry. Everyone was super nice, friendly, efficient, fast, explained the procedures and financial aspects perfectly and up front. Really how all business’s should strive to operate. They have gained a patient for life today. I had an emergency broken tooth and I had zero issues with any step of the process. Everyone from the front desk to the back are truly great people. We had to switch dentists because of insurance but it has been such a great change! My son is four years old and had a really positive experience with Bright Smile Dental! He didn’t get through a full cleaning at our previous dentist and did everything with ease at Bright Smile. My experience has also been great. The staff is so friendly, professional, and helpful. I’m so glad I found this office and highly recommend!

Love Bright Smiles. Lauren does a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Urell is fantastic!!! I don’t think I am an easy patient and he is so patient with me. Dr. Kim is always so nice!
