Maybe you’ve wanted straighter teeth for years but didn’t want metal brackets and wires as an adult. Maybe you started researching orthodontists and got sticker shock at the first office you visited. Or maybe you just want to know if Invisalign can actually fix your specific bite.
Whatever brought you here, Invisalign lets you straighten your teeth with clear, removable aligners that fit into your life, not the other way around. You keep eating what you want, keep your normal routine, and keep your smile looking like, well, your smile — the whole way through treatment.
"I don't want metal braces at my age."
"I want to straighten my teeth without everyone noticing."
"My bite feels off and I want to know if Invisalign can help."
"I got quoted a huge price somewhere else."
If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place. We keep our pricing transparent and have taken on plenty of cases other offices called too difficult. Come in, and we'll give you an honest answer on what Invisalign can do for you.
Invisalign is a series of clear, custom-made aligners that gradually shift your teeth into place, without metal brackets or wires. Each aligner in your series is worn for one to two weeks before you move on to the next, slowly guiding your teeth toward their final position.
You wear your aligners about 20 to 22 hours a day, taking them out only to eat, drink, and brush. We'll check your progress at regular visits and adjust your plan as needed along the way.
Invisalign can address crowding, gaps, and many bite issues like overbites and crossbites, especially in mild-to-moderate cases. We'll evaluate your specific case and tell you honestly whether it's the right fit.
Aligners are clear and removable, so they're far less noticeable day to day and don't come with the same food restrictions as metal braces. Cost and treatment time are often comparable — we'll break down both options for you.
Dental implants are designed to look, feel, and function like your natural teeth—for years to come.

Here’s what the Invisalign process looks like from your side of the chair:
You’ll get a digital scan of your teeth and an honest conversation about whether Invisalign is the right fit for your case.
You’ll see a preview of how your smile is expected to move and get a clear timeline and cost before you commit to anything.
Once your implant is fully restored with the custom crown, we check your bite, comfort, and overall appearance to make sure everything feels natural. This final step is where your new smile comes together — strong, secure, and designed to look like it has always belonged.
Once treatment is complete, you’ll get a custom retainer to protect your results for the long run.
We check in periodically to track your progress and make sure everything is moving according to plan.

WHAT OUR PATIENTS SAY
950+ five-star ratings on Google. Here’s what a few patients had to say about their dentures:
Bright Smile is such a friendly, welcoming office! I’ve had a variety of treatments here and feel completely confident in the care this team provides. Scheduling is easy, communication is excellent, and the overall experience is always positive. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience at Bright Smile Dental. The staff is very welcoming and the office is beautiful. My hygienist, Vy, was thorough and gentle. My dentist, Dr. Kamran is intelligent and honest and explained my care plan in detail. I did not feel rushed and all of my questions were answered. I felt comfortable the entire visit. I trust the staff here and would recommended this office to anyone.
Super great prices and friendly staff. I was so tired of other orthodontist showing me their fancy offices then their over priced services. I literally saved over $2,000 on Invisalign going with Bright Smile Dental.
I’ve been a patient of Bright Smile Dentist for almost 10 years. The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Cheung has always been willing to work with me on pricing even as someone without insurance. I’ve also been doing Invisalign for almost the last 2 years as my case was a very difficult case. The Invisalign braces allow me to straighten my teeth while being able to still eat whatever I want! Great experience every time!

Cost depends on how complex your case is and how long treatment takes. We keep our pricing transparent and competitive, and we’ll walk you through your exact cost, insurance coverage, and financing options at your consultation.
Many patients start noticing movement within the first few weeks. Full treatment time typically ranges from 6 to 18 months, depending on how much your teeth need to move.
In many mild-to-moderate cases, yes. We’ll evaluate your bite at your consultation to tell you whether Invisalign is the right fit or whether another approach makes more sense for your case.
Often, yes, especially for mild-to-moderate crossbites. More complex bite issues may need additional treatment alongside Invisalign, which we’ll discuss with you upfront.
Some dental insurance plans include orthodontic benefits that apply to Invisalign, though coverage varies widely. We’ll verify your benefits and let you know exactly what’s covered before you start.
Yes, for a wide range of alignment issues, from crowding and gaps to many bite problems. Results depend on wearing your aligners consistently and following your treatment plan.
You may feel some pressure or mild soreness for a day or two each time you switch to a new aligner, but most patients find it noticeably more comfortable than traditional metal braces.
Cost is often comparable between Invisalign and traditional braces, though it varies by case. We’ll give you a clear, side-by-side breakdown so you can decide what makes sense for you.
Bright Smile Dental in Powell offers Invisalign treatment for patients throughout Powell and the greater Columbus area, including cases other offices have called too complex.
It’s best to avoid chewing gum with your aligners in, since it can stick to the plastic. Take your aligners out first, then pop them back in once you’re done.
After a short healing period, yes — completely normally. Once the final crown is in place, you can eat steak, apples, corn on the cob, and anything you’ve been avoiding. That’s one of the most common things patients celebrate.
You can, but it’s best to remove your aligners first, since hot liquids can warp the plastic and coffee can stain them. If you do drink with them in, rinse your aligners well afterward.
